TIMEFALL

You have angered Grandfather Time!

You're an unruly time traveller, who has meddled with the flow of time too far. Now you've been punished with keeping the sands of time flowing, for as long as you can!

A solo project in PICO-8, made for the GMTK Jam 2026.

Instructions

Jump around and build a stack of sand in the hourglass. Once you're ready, jump up through the top to flip round the the other side: now, all the sand that hadn't fallen yet is stacked up around you, and the sand you let fall before flipping is coming down! Your score is the total number of chunks of sand you let fall before:

• You let the sand fall completely from one side to another, or
• You let the sand stack completely up over the top of your side, or
• You were crushed by the sand!
